Reasons to Smile Club is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a licensed dental savings plan that’s offered through your local dental office. Unlike traditional dental insurance filled with red tape, Reasons to Smile Club features no waiting periods, maximums, exclusions or claims process.
In exchange for a low annual membership fee starting at only $199/yr, Reasons to Smile Club members receive free exams, x-rays, and cleanings, plus 20-75% off all other dental services at a growing community of 13+ dental offices across Texas.
Note: Free exams, x-rays, and cleanings limited to 2x per member/per annual membership term. Exact member savings may vary from normal member savings if a board-certified specialist renders the services.
How much does Reasons to Smile Club cost?
Reasons to Smile Club is inexpensive and typically pays for itself in only one dentist visit.
Individual Membership: $199.00 per year
Family Membership: + $99.00 per year (per person)
Note: Reasons to Smile Club renews automatically every 12 months unless you notify your participating dental office or the plan administrator of your intent to cancel prior to your renewal date. All members will receive renewal notifications via direct mail (30 days prior), email (7 days prior) and phone call (3 days prior).

Reasons to Smile Club is accepted at a growing community of 13+ dental offices across Texas.

How soon can I use my membership?
Since Reasons to Smile Club has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums, you can utilize your membership immediately and as much as needed while you’re in good standing with your annual membership payment.
If you would like to use your membership prior to your member ID cards arriving in the mail (7-10 days), simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and they will verify your eligibility real-time.
How frequently can I use my membership?
Unlike traditional insurance plans filled with red tape, Reasons to Smile Club has no maximums so you can use your membership as much as needed while a member.
To maintain optimal oral health, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends regular dental visits, at intervals determined by your dentist. The frequency of your regular dental visits should be tailored by your dentist to accommodate for your current oral health status and health history.
How long is the membership term?
Reasons to Smile Club carries an annual membership term and will auto-renew at the end of its respective term unless you notify your participating dental office or the plan administrator of your intent to cancel prior to your renewal date.
Can I add dependents to my membership?
Yes, you can add additional family members to your membership at any time within our online member portal or by calling (888) 747-8120, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.
When will I receive my member ID cards?
You will receive your new member welcome kit in the mail 7-10 days from your enrollment date. Your member welcome kit will include your welcome letter, member terms and conditions, and member ID cards.
Note: If you’re a new member and didn’t receive your member welcome kit, or a current member and lost your member ID cards and need replacements, please call (888) 756-1534 to speak with a dedicated member support specialist. We will be happy to mail you replacement ID cards at no charge.
